Being judged is hard. Hearing that you don’t measure up hurts. But in its current state the problem is a matter of creativity. You need to create your own opportunities not just be beholden to others to see if you measure up.
You need to creativity showcase your skills. You need to use the resources around you to create more. The more you create and showcase your creativity the more things will come to you.
